From Idea to Innovation

RanchLeads began as a solution to a common problem I witnessed firsthand in my previous role. PRF agents struggling to manage leads effectively. This included keeping track of leads while on the go. The initial prototype I developed led to a remarkable 14% increase in conversion rates year-over-year as well as allowing myself to outperform the previous year's team of 5 by myself.

When unexpected change came my way, namely being laid off despite this excellent performance, I saw an opportunity rather than a setback. Nordic Sails LLC was born, and with it, a chance to transform that successful idea into a comprehensive solution designed specifically for busy agents who need to manage opportunities wherever they are.

How RanchLeads is different.

Ranchleads is similar only in the idea that agents have problems keeping track of their leads. The project that stemmed this idea was effective but entirely tied to the specific company and their setup. RanchLeads is a full featured web application. This allows it's use from any device with a browser. More broadly, RanchLeads is the only lead management tool I know of specifically designed to cater to this industry. Many other services and applications will give you lead management. They are often big and clunky with terrible mobile design. Some are extremely expensive, such as Salesforce. By targetting a specific use case and audience, RanchLeads can better serve the EXACT needs of it's users.

RanchLeads Technology

Ranchleads utilizes Next.js, Typescript, tRPC, Tailwind CCS, and PostgreSQL to create an end to end type safe application with reactive and interactive design. It allows this application to make the most of server side rendering for extremely quick navigation. PostgreSQL is one of if not the most powerful open source and widely used databases in existence. It gives us extreme power to query data quickly. Tailwind CSS is becoming the standard for styling and for good reason. It allows for endless possibilities and great interactivity directly through CSS.
